Consultation on Abortion Law in N Ireland
7th December 2019

As you may know the Westminster parliament recently passed a Bill extending abortion services to Northern Ireland. It is now the responsibility of the Northern Ireland Office to implement the Bill. A public consultation on the implementation of a legal framework for abortion services in Northern Ireland is now underway. This consultation will influence the precise details of the legislation.


On Saturday 7th December at 1pm in the St Brigid's Parish Centre there will be a meeting to talk about Responding to Consultation for Abortion Services in Northern Ireland

Is it vital that as many as possible respond to this Government Consultation advice and guidance will be offered at this meeting.
