ST BRIGID’S ONE WORLD GROUP
INVITATION
All are warmly invited to meet Sister Geraldine Henry and hear about the work of the Daughters of Charity among the very poor and marginalised in several African countries.
Sister Geraldine is originally from Belfast and has spent many years working in Africa.
Our Parish One World Group has been providing funding for this work for several years and through a grant from the Summerhill Foundation is currently supporting the nursing and medical studies of 3 young women who would otherwise not have been able to afford this education.
